Nature and purpose of the service

AIRWATCH is a privately operated web application displaying publicly available ADS-B flight data and offering optional notifications for selected aircraft, identifiers, types and monitoring areas. AIRWATCH is not an official air-traffic, defence, police, rescue or airport service and is not affiliated with the displayed aircraft operators or public authorities.

Flight data, tracks and shared links

Positions, altitudes, speeds, identifiers, type names, operator information and military classifications originate from third-party data sources or are derived automatically. They may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or incorrectly assigned. Stored tracks contain only data points actually received by AIRWATCH. Aircraft short links may resolve to the latest stored position, an available track or the snapshot originally stored when the link was created.

Military user photos

The optional photo function is limited to aircraft identified by AIRWATCH as military. Uploaded images remain unpublished until the uploader actively selects PUBLISH. Users are responsible for having all rights required for publication and for avoiding unlawful or unnecessary personal content. The provider may review, withhold or remove images and may disable the function. Publication does not constitute verification, endorsement or confirmation that an image, time, location or aircraft assignment is correct.

No safety-critical use

Open data, maps and software

AIRWATCH uses, among other resources, ADS-B data from ADSB.lol and Airplanes.live, map data from OpenStreetMap, map tiles from OpenStreetMap or CARTO, the Leaflet library and the Photon geocoding service. Copyright, database rights, attribution duties and licence terms of the respective providers remain unaffected.

Liability

Own content is prepared with reasonable care. No guarantee is given for uninterrupted availability or for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of flight, type or operator information. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or under mandatory product-liability rules.

External links

External services such as Google Search, PayPal, Buy Me a Coffee and 13delusions.com are opened only after an active click. Their operators are responsible for their content and data processing. Links are reviewed when added; permanent monitoring is not performed without a specific indication of an infringement. Unlawful links will be removed after substantiated notice.

Copyright and trade marks

Original design, text and software components are protected under applicable intellectual-property law. Rights in third-party maps, databases, brands, logos, aircraft names and other content remain with their owners. Brand and type names are used solely for identification.

International availability and applicable law

The fact that AIRWATCH can be accessed internationally does not represent a statement that the service satisfies every local regulatory requirement. Users must comply with mandatory rules applicable at their location. To the extent legally permissible, German law applies; mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.

Consumer dispute resolution

To the extent the statutory information duty applies, the provider is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Language

The English text is provided for convenience. In case of interpretation differences, the German wording reflects the provider's original declaration; mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
